Server Core
The server core is the heart of Savant - it's the actual program that receives
and answers requests from web browsers. The server core is much like the core
of a nuclear reactor - it does the actual work, while other systems deal with
the details of operation. Savant's core reads its startup parameters from the
Windows registry, and outputs the results of operations to log files and the
control console.
