400 - HTTP Version Not Supported
A client made a request in an HTTP format not supported by Savant. As of the
beginning of 2001, Savant 3.0 supports every standard version of the HTTP
protocol. Receipt of this error indicates that the client sent an HTTP request
that was improperly formatted.
